"Kopps" by Josef Fares is a Swedish Comedy portraying what happens in a small Swedish town when the Police Station is being closed down. The Police invents their own crime as to get the criminal statistics up and keep their Police Station. Josef Fares previous film "Jalla Jalla" is even higher recommended.
